Loads of people at the bottom park and Rodney for the queens celebrations. In context that Calvo town now has over 7,000 people,i suppose you could say the turn-out was poor. But in the sense we have no community any-more there was a lot there. But the biggest disappointment for me was it felt like a load of strangers coming together for the first time,in other words the old Calvertonians kept to theirselves and the new ones kept to theirselves.Bit like a wedding, brides family this side, grooms family that side.

Couldn't agree more! It all seemed a bit shambolic and disorganised - can't say it will linger long in my memory.

No celebrations around here, I think that most people recognise them for the dysfunctional bunch of horrid little imperialists that they are.

Not sure about MOST, but as for the rest it's only your opinion and you could be wrong!

Nope, this applies to the majority, they are not popular with the tax payer and as for being dysfunctional... no doubt about that at all!
