Genuine question for RC. I am now aware of what can happen to Posts ( and will endeavour to comply in future) but what happens to "Dead" Threads? Do they just exist forever or do you sometimes have a clear out?

Thanks RC for the prompt response - I can understand why you would not wish to receive a repeat rollicking from Members! We can be pretty stroppy at times!

I did drop a clanger when deleting some of the older posts....let's say there was some classic material in there!!

I remember going into Oxton Woods with a group of other kids (mostly girls but a couple of younger brothers). The eldest of us would have been 7 or 8, I think I was about 6 or 7 at the time.. A man approached us and exposed himself. We were too young to even know what he was doing. That would have been about 1960 or so.

If that happened today the kids would probably video it on their mobile phones and post it on YouTube! Whatever happened to the "Age of Innocence"?
